Transport for NSW’s Digital Transformation

Neha leads the Future Mobility program development at the Smart Innovation Centre at TfNSW, building collaborative partnerships and projects to prepare Government and Industry for future technology. She brings together transport needs and emerging technologies by collaborating with industry from start-ups to top tier corporate firms, government and academia, to transform the way people and goods will move in the future. Neha’s team are the electric vehicle lead and work with industry and local councils to implement the actions in the NSW Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Plan, including running an innovative procurement process to co-deliver electric vehicle charging infrastructure in regional NSW and commuter car parks in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Having previously worked in payment innovation in the banking and finance sector for ten years, Neha as launched a number of banking products and supported M&A decisions for Fintech investment. She has brought these skills into the transport sector and is taking innovative ideas and emerging technology from concept through to customer-centric solutions. She has a passion for innovation and the co-creation phase where diverse participants collaborate to generate ideas and bring concepts to life. Neha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University.
